Return Policy

At LittleLovePk, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Only non-sale items are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, product photo, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Once approved, ship the item to our return address (shared via WhatsApp/email).
  4. After inspection, your exchange will be processed or store credit issued.

Note: We do not offer refunds at this time. Store credit or exchange will be provided.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • If a wrong or defective item was delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Hair accessories or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Exchanges

  • You may exchange an item for a different size or design (of equal or higher value).
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance.
